Three Brother Initiates hot off the forge. Initially, Squad Bayard will be comprised of 5x Brother Initiates and 5x Neophytes along with an ornate Rhino. After some battle testing, 3 Initiates will replace 3 young Neophytes and Squad Bayard will level out with 8 Intitiates and 2 Neophytes. The squads mission is, of course, close quarters assault and will contain a member with a Power Fist and another with a flame thrower.
Thanks Jonny! That's funny as hell! I'm pretty happy with the way these guys are turning out as well. To think I haven't really added any of the detail bitz to them... I have 2 Initiates on the painting table right now and then I'm going to shift to the construction of Terminators, Dreadnoughts, Rhinos and of course more Initiates.
Joel, thanks for the towel! I plan on having 3-4 squads of BT Initiates w/ either a drop pod or Rhino for each. After that I'll fill the rest of the ranks with Terminators and gears. I should be done with a 2000 point army by mid-December.
By the way, I got Excalibur (Canon) back! So many more pics to come.
They are very nice. To think that you will have a whole army of those. How many more squads do you have to do?
