Cody's Monolith

In an effort to bolster my son's Necrons I got him a Monolith... probably the best vehicle in the game (before you go Titan scale). It has remained unpainted for the past year so I decided to add a few basic metallic colors to match Cody's grimy metal color scheme. You can't see from the images but it also has a few coats of weathering powder as well. I figured the thing has probably been buried for centuries and would not have a "right off the assembly line" look. All in all, it felt great to paint something with minimal concern for minute detail. The best part? Cody is stoked that he will now be killing Orks in style.
